Standard Terms and Conditions

  1. All quotations are subject to the EVATEK ENGINEERING Standard Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.
  3. Price: All amounts are in South African Rands and the total is VAT inclusive.
  4. Final and/or progress payments: Within 7 days from the date of invoice.
  5. Work will only commence 3 working days after receipt of 50% deposit.
  6. Where delivered services are expected to be delivered over a longer term than 1 calendar month, partial invoices for work completed will be submitted.
  7. Delays or non-payment of partial invoices for work completed may impose additional delays to delivery since EVATEK ENGINEERING reserves the right to stop service delivery when prior submitted invoices remain unpaid after 7 days from the invoice date(s).
  8. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, EVATEK ENGINEERING’s liability for all claims arising out of the services rendered will at all times be limited to the monetary value of the particular service rendered by EVATEK ENGINEERING (the “Maximum Liability”). The Maximum Liability is the aggregated liability for all claims from whatever source and however arising, whether in contract, delict or otherwise. EVATEK ENGINEERING shall not be liable for any punitive, indirect, special or consequential damages whatsoever, arising out of or related to the services rendered or for any other loss or damages beyond the Maximum Liability.
